The post holder will undertake audit activities, including onsite visits to gain assurance on delivery of food and feed law enforcement services by Local Authorities and other delivery bodies. In doing this, they will ensure that reliable and robust information and evidence on competent authority performance is gathered, collated, assessed, analysed and reported, and made available to inform central FSS policy and decision making, as appropriate.
