We are currently seeking applications for a Digital Consultant within Digital Public Services and Business Transformation Division based in Edinburgh.

As a digital consultant you will be working with internal and external clients across Scotland, developing a detailed understanding of their requirements and providing knowledge and expertise in showing how digital transformation can support their business objectives and service delivery aspirations.  Working with various clients on multiple requests you will have involvement in work at different delivery stages from providing advice, guidance and support through to reviewing, developing, presenting business cases and digital strategies. Working with a multi-disciplinary team will help you build on client briefs and create clarity in understanding requirements.

Qualifications Required
For jobs in Bands B and C, you must hold a minimum of 3 SCE Higher or A Level qualifications with one being English. Please note, only grades A, B and C are acceptable. Other qualifications equivalent to these may also be acceptable, if you are in any doubt please contact to discuss.

Essential Criteria
• You will require the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• You will have a proven track record of delivering user centric digital strategies and transformational change programmes.
• You will be able to draft robust business cases to support digital projects and programmes.
• You will also have the ability to develop step by step toolkits for supporting business case creation.
