We are currently seeking applications for Agile Coaches within the Scottish Digital Academy based in Edinburgh. This is a 23 month fixed term and pensionable appointment. Candidates with a disability who meet the essential criteria below will be invited to the assessments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Scottish Digital Academy. Working alongside colleagues you will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of classroom-based training courses to civil and public servants from across the Scottish public sector. You will become part of the UK’s Government Digital Service (GDS) professional community, benefiting from their curriculum support and learning materials.

You will become familiar with the GDS training materials and methods of delivery and will have continued input into the development of new products and iteration of existing products to meet users’ needs. In addition to delivering the Academy in the classroom, you will deploy into teams as an Agile Coach. As the Digital Academy is run at external venues across Scotland the successful candidate should be willing to travel across the central belt; and project work in between the Academy will be dictated by the client’s location which could be anywhere in Scotland.
